Large Generators, Treaters, Storers and Disposers

are required to fill out a Hazardous Waste Biennial Report (BR) for Calendar year 2007.

Submit BR

The 2007 Report must be submitted by March 15, 2008 if you are not filing electronically.  Electronic filing (mailing report in CD format) can be extended until April 1, 2008.  Send reports to Mr. Jim Edwards, NC Hazardous Waste Section, 401 Oberlin Road, Suite 150, Raleigh, NC 27605.

Training

The North Carolina Hazardous Waste Section will conduct training at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. The training will be held at 401 Oberlin Road, Suite 150, Raleigh, NC.  You can register and get directions to training by clicking on the words.

Electronic Reporting

There are three reporting sources available.

1. BRState:  Developed by the State of Florida.  The software is not easy to use, however, some sites may find it useful for managing complex reports.

2. Waste Reporter:  The software developed by the Essential Systems & Services is easy to use and flexible with a step by step process for users.

3. EasiTrak 2007:  Facilities can complete the Hazardous Waste Report on-line using this link.
