  • mark with an accumulation start date fifteen (15) 55-gallon containers and the 30-cubic yard roll off container;

  • label five (5) 55-gallon containers of hazardous waste and the 30-cubic yard roll off container

  • minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents

  • provide the facility personnel access to a communication device at its hazardous waste storage areas

  • provide adequate aisle space

  • submit a copy of the facility’s contingency plan to police departments, fire departments, hospitals, and state and local emergency response teams

  • place waste in containers at all of the satellite accumulation areas

  • mark containers with words to identify hazardous waste contents of containers

  • submit a 2001 Biennial Report

  • have the owner or operator of the designated facility sign two manifests

  • submit an Exception Report, and

  • label with the words "Used Oil", two 55-gallon containers.
