make a proper waste determination;

properly mark containers as Hazardous Waste and with an accumulation start date;

keep containers containing hazardous waste closed,

inspect containers containing hazardous waste as required

operate in a manner to minimize the possibly of an unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste;

make arrangements with the local police and hospital(s) that may be required in the event of an emergency and post emergency information;

clean up spills as soon as it was possible; and

keep copies of signed manifest for three years.
