• Put Waste inside containers;
• Have job title, description and proper training for employees with hazardous waste duties;
• Has numerous releases throughout the facility;
• Did not maintain proper aisle space in storage area;
• Did not amend changes to their contingency plan; and
• Did not properly mark containers with words to identify hazardous waste contents of containers.

Failed to:

• received an EPA identification number.
• keep closed and, one (1) 55-gallon satellite accumulation container
• keep closed one 55-gallon storage container
• perform weekly inspections
• mark seven 55-gallon containers with an accumulation start date and the words "Hazardous Waste"
• to provide fire control equipment and adequate aisle space in the hazardous waste storage area
• post the required emergency information next to the phone
• provide documentation that facility personnel had been trained and were familiar with waste handling and emergency response procedures

• obtain a permit for the storage of hazardous waste longer than 180 day, and

• keep signed copies of all manifests for three years.

• Obtain an EPA identification number for being a Small Quantity Generator;
• Close containers holding hazardous waste;
• Mark containers with the words "Hazardous Waste" or other identifying waste;
• Close containers holding hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste in the storage area;
• Inspect areas where containers are stored;
• Keep inspection records for at least three years;
• Have the date upon when each period of accumulation begins clearly marked and visible for inspection in storage area;
• Mark containers with the words "Hazardous Waste" in the storage area;
• Equip the hazardous waste storage area with spill control equipment;
• Post the appropriate emergency information next to the telephone;
• Ensure that employees were thoroughly familiar with the proper waste handling and emergency procedures: and
• Clean up spills of corrosive hazardous waste as soon as practicable.
