- prepare hazardous waste manifests for
shipments of hazardous waste;
- close, labeled or mark a 30-gallon trash
container with the words “Hazardous Waste”;
- provide documentation of the refusal of
State or local authorities to make the required arrangements was not
available at the time of inspection;
- name of the emergency coordinator and the
location of fire and spill equipment were not posted next to the phone;
- employees had not received adequate
training;
- clean up spills of hazardous waste from a
trash container used to store hazardous waste;
- determine if waste required treatment
prior to being land disposed;
- place used fluorescent tubes in
containers;
- mixed hazardous waste brake cleaner with
used oil for disposal; and
- label or mark a number of used oil
