- provide annual training for employees involved with groundwater sampling
or the remedial action equipment; and
- review and immediately amend the remediation system’s contingency plan and
facility’s contingency plan did not reflect a change in the emergency
coordinator;
- provide annual training for employees involved with management of
hazardous waste; and
- provide the necessary items needed to demonstrate it could pass the
financial test mechanism nor provide alternate financial assurance for
post-closure care.
