• note in the operating record the time, date and detail of incidents that require implementing the contingency plan;
• remedy deterioration or malfunctioning equipment or structures which the inspection reveals on a schedule which ensures that the problem does not lead to an environmental or human health hazard;
• take precautions to prevent reactions during several incidents;
• record and maintain results of waste analyses, waste determinations and results of inspections;
• label hazardous waste containers with accumulation dates;
• take part in required annual training; and
• monitor observation wells annually for all hazardous waste stored or treated on the facility.
