•  keep date upon which each period of accumulation begins

• to maintain and operate to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste

• provide access to an internal alarm or emergency communication device

• post the locations of the fire extinguishers, spill control material and fire alarm next to the telephone.

• Close container being used to accumulate universal waste lamps

• Label containers being used at the facility to accumulate universal waste lamps with

• demonstrate the length of time that the universal waste lamps had been accumulated

• Properly label containers of used oil with the words “Used Oil”.
