The Division of Waste Management, Solid Waste Section, has finalized new Construction and Demolition Debris Landfill rules, and will be codified as 15A NCAC 13 B .0531-.0547. The new rules are intended to serve the regulated community by providing regulatory guidance and by clarifying language and requirements for the development of new Construction and Demolition Debris Landfills (C&DLF).
